CLASSES | Pastora Flamenco

Pastora is a qualified and experienced teacher, who worked at the Academia Noelia Sabarea in Spain for several years. Her motto is: 'Hay que compartir’. Flamenco is about sharing, about communication. In 2020 she was invited by the Escuela Flamenco de Andalucia to form part of this flamenco institute in Malaga and received their quality certificate.

Flamenco classes of Pastora are characterised by hard work in a good atmosphere. The students are challenged to be autonomous. To learn to dance in stead of learning a dance. They are thoroughly trained in the essential techniques, in rythm and musicality in order to express themselves. Sometimes they get opportunities to perform.

Besides weekly classes Pastora gives workshops to adults and children, such as in Spain, Greece, France, in Holland in Muziekgebouw aan t IJ and in professional theatre academies like Frank Sanders Akademie, THOPSS in Amsterdam.

19.45 - 21.15 Choreoclass Advanced - Technique, choreo, personal coaching and rehearsals. To prepare choreographies for perfomances, the students learn to work together with different musicians.

Classes are given in a new professional dancestudio, with great floor.

You pay for attending a period and in this period you will receive information, video's, music, personal feedback and guidance for performance, the price is for the whole package. All classes from September to July, accept from schoolholidays. Sometimes changes in schedule, related to performances.
